The Rough Diamond Brewery Tour is informal, and discusses the brewing process, fermentation, packaging and bottling of a brewery.
The tour is free and will be conduction between 2 and 4 pm on a Saturday.
Tours are divided into half an hour slots each.
Tours don’t include complimentary beer, but there is a Tasting Menu Item which consists of 6 Flights (5oz each) @ $14 for Sampling.
Friday afternoon tours could be arranged for groups of 10 or more. Please book at least 2 days in advance.
Bookings are essential by latest 4pm on Thursdays.
