OUR BRAND

Here at Rough Diamond Brewery, you’ll notice that we take that extra step and it makes all the difference.  We use only the finest quality ingredients found in local and international markets and refuse to serve anything that doesn’t meet our exemplary benchmark standards.

Our primary ingredient is valued to the highest standards, which justifies our decision to create the purest form of water with our onsite reverse osmosis system.
Malted barley is responsible for producing sugars that interact with yeast during the brewing process and gives every batch of our beer brilliant character.
Hops are added to contribute a level of bitterness and vibrant flavors, which in turn give each beer a unique personality.
Yeast is mixed in at the final stages of the brewing process to ferment the beer and convert the sugars into alcohol.
